This year in financial literacy i have learned the pro's and con's of buying a new vs. used car, I have learned more about taxes and what a W4 and W2 are, I learned how to dress and speak appropriately in an interview and i have learned how to set up a decision making table to weigh the pros and cons of any decision. I think the last one will benefit me the most because I can use it when deciding where to go to college, what kind of car to buy and many other things. This will be important because I will have a lot of decisions to make after high school.

In this class I've learned some things. Taxes screw us, credit card interest will kill us, renting has no long term benefit, and spend your money wisely. The one that will benefit me the most is the credit card interest one. because of this class i will watch my credit cards more closely and hopefully not let them gain that horrible interest.

This semester, I have learned many things. I would say the most important section was taxes. It taught me that you need to fill out the right forms, seek help if you need it. You do not want any errors on your taxes. Secondly, I think that the section on how to get a job was very useful. I have already used the interview techniques in real life. Another helpful section was how to prevent personal fraud. I did not know that you should never even give out your full name, or address. Last but not least the stock section was so important. I learned that investing is good, but can also be bad. If you are just a new comer to the stock exchange you should invest in bonds perhaps, or do a mutual bond. Have help if you need it, there is a lot of money going into the stock exchange and you want to have a positive outlook on it. The stock may not always be good, but if you look for decades the stock always rises.

Four things I have learned in "Financial Literacy B2"
#1- How to correctly find a car that is best for my needs, how to buy that car, and how to insure and take care of that car.
#2- How taxes work. I have learned a lot about how taxes are taken out or my paycheck every two weeks and where that money goes.
#3- How to save money to buy something I really want. I learned about SMART goals and how they can help me to use my money toward something worth it.
#4- How to get a job and keep a job. I learned how to get a job I truly want and how to keep that job with the mad skills I learned.
I believe that #4 is going to have the most impact on my life. That is because I don't want to have a job I hate for the rest my working life. I want to enjoy what I do and keep doing it for as long as possible.

Some things that I have learned is how to manage my credit, that is really going to be helpful to me in the future and to get like a credit card right when i turn 18 to build up my credit. Another one is which food to buy for all the right prices, that's always good to know. I've gotten to learn about what type of insurance I should have at what age in my life and if I'm married or single and whats good to get. Another one is auto and identity theft. I now know how to avoid those kinds of situations and how to handle it if it ever happens to me. I'm sure that I have learned enough to never have any sort of fraud happen to me.

in this class i have learned about how to keep my credit score high and how to use my credit when i go to buy things. i have also learned how to buy a car and a house and some guidelines when it comes to doing that. i learned how to approach a job interview and what to look for when i go to that job interview. and last but not least i learned to file my taxes. i think the thing that will have the biggest impact on me is my credit score and how to use it because your credit score is like your reputation if you screw it up it is really hard to get back. and now i know not to screw it up.

In financial literacy, I have learned the four following things; I have learned how to plan my finances in my real life when I actually have to do it for my self. I also have learned what i need to do to get a job, then after i have that job, how to keep it and how to find the right job based on many different rules that i need to use. The third thing i have learned is how to buy a car, and make sure that i pay the right price for the car, then after i buy the car, how i need to buy insurance and registration on that car. The forth thing i learned is how i need to have values, things that will help me to be a better person. The thing i would like to expound upon is finding a job. We had a good chapter on jobs, we learned several things about all sorts of jobs, then we talked about how to have a good interview for a job, by wearing the right clothes, saying the right things, and what questions are allowed and what questions aren't.

I have learned how to be a better financial planner. I have learned many different skills and I have been given great advice. I have found my values and how those values will affect my future career. I have also learned credit, insurance, and banking. One of my favorite subjects we have went over is investing. Investing involves many different methods. It includes Mutual funds, bonds, stocks, CD and Real Estate. You also learn about retirement accounts or tax shelters such as a 401k, 403b, roth IRA, and an IRA. Investment principles include Risk vs. Return. I think I will be able to expound on this knowledge in my life and be a true investor! Overall, this class has been a really beneficial class for me. I thank the teacher and her time!

i have learned that it is important to examine vehicles before you buy them. it is important because what would happen if you bought a car that has been in a wreck and not fixed right of has bad milage.
I have learned that renting an apartment can have some benefits to you. Even though you may not be able to do things with the apartment, you can still save some money.
I have learned that making a list and keeping that list and not shopping when your hungry can also help you save money.
I have learned that insurance in your life can help you in case you get hurt. like life insurance can help your family in case something happens to you. car insurance is good in case you get in a wreck. i think that shopping with a list of what you need and not shopping when your hungry will have the biggest impact on me because i tend to spend money when I'm sad.

I have learned better ways to invest in things.
Learned a lot about my taxes and how to manage it.
Credit can make or break you pretty much, pretty much goes in the managing money category.
Also learned that most of the time you buy the name brand. That goes for food cars and so on.
I will be able to know how to manage my money better from taking this class.
